Its been nearly a month since i joined college.. I got into Maths Hons finally in the second list . It is a major improvement over the course i had joined earlier B.Sc. Programme with Comp Sc. where i was seriously considering BITS Pilani, Goa Campus.. College is awesome… I made it into The Finance and Investment Cell and love it to the core.. My seniors are awesome and damn helpful.. I mean I was allowed to draft an invitation that had my name on it within a week of joining the society.. These small things matter a lot to newcomers like us.. We were given a grand welcome by Adrija, Shrey, Karan, Joseph and the others.. Working in a team where your ideas are appreciated and not mocked is an amazing feel…What i also liked was the amount of respect shown to the previous President Anupriya..

Classes are pretty good… Nandita Ma’am and Archana Ma’am are absolutely fundoo.. Maria Thomas and Smridhi Mehta are also pretty good.

I love the concept of tutorials… u get to interact with teachers personally..

Cafe rocks.. though i m pretty sick of maggi by now…muffins are excellent

Elections are approaching and i support Adnan abhi tak .. lets see.. From the first years i m campaigning for Navandeep ..

Freshers party ws good.. came to know that Nandita Ma’am is popularly known as the nightingale of St Stephen’s.. She deserves the title…

Theme of the party ws Angels and Demons… came dressed up as a demon with face painted by a senior in the cafe…

ws told to do the skeleton dance…. surprisingly no one ws ragged abhi tak among the day scholars..poor resi’s … they’ve been ragged(+tively interacted) by so many ppl till 2.00 am for one whole week..

Hv been reading about SEZs and derivatives and options for the talks… pretty exciting stuff ..Hv started reading Beautiful Mind… its awesome..hom

At the home front… wars continue….:(

Coming back from college is pretty tiring..though i have discovered that going by the u-special( university special bus) from mehrauli in the mornin makes sense and saves time…and it drops me right at the college gate…

Going back home is pretty boring… coz i hv to go to karol bagh and den take a cab from there .. it takes me half an hour to reach home from iffco chowk though its not even 3 kms …
